Delete Account

If you would like to delete your CricPulseX account and associated data, please follow the steps below:

Steps

1. Open the CricPulseX app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap “Delete Account”
4. Confirm your request

What will be deleted

• Your account
• Your email and profile information associated with login
• Your app-related account data linked to your profile

What may be retained

• Security logs
• Data required for legal compliance
• Technical records required to prevent fraud and abuse

Retention period

Some limited data may be retained for up to 90 days, or longer if required by law.
