By using CricPulseX, you agree to the following terms. CricPulseX is operated from Lucknow, India.

1. Service Description

CricPulseX is a mobile app for Android (Google Play) and iOS (Apple App Store) that provides live cricket scores, updates, and statistics for informational purposes only.

2. User Accounts

You can use the app with or without signing in. Sign-in options are Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Cricket data is sourced from Entity Digital Sports Pvt. Ltd. through their APIs. Data may be delayed or inaccurate. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy or completeness.

4. No Liability

We are not responsible for:

Financial or betting losses
Decisions you make based on information shown in the app
Data inaccuracies or delays
Service downtime or interruptions

5. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following services. See our Privacy Policy for purposes and links to each provider's privacy policy.

Google Firebase — Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, In-App Messaging
Google Sign-In — authentication
Apple (Sign in with Apple) — authentication
Entity Digital Sports Pvt. Ltd. — cricket data

We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

Misuse the app or interfere with its normal operation
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
Use the app for any illegal purpose

7. Intellectual Property

The CricPulseX name, logo, and app design belong to us. Cricket data, scores, and related content belong to their respective rights holders.

8. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

9. Account Termination and Deletion

We may restrict or remove access if misuse is detected.
You can delete your account from within the app at Menu → Delete Account, or by emailing us at the address in section 12.
We complete deletion within 30 days of the request. Some data may be retained for security or legal-compliance reasons.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
